RESERVATION We want to remind you that the lease for your stay with us begins at 5:00 pm EST on your check-in date and ends at 11:00 am EST on your check-out date. Please be aware that failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in an additional late fee unless discussed and approved by the owner beforehand. We kindly request that you assist us in keeping our housekeeping team on schedule and provide them with access to the home right at 11 am on the check-out date. Your cooperation is essential in ensuring that we can prepare the property for the next guests in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that a $50 late check-out fee will be applied if you check out after 11:15 a.m. Additionally, an additional $50 late fee will be charged for every half hour thereafter. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our check-out policies. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY As a valued guest, we kindly request that you abide by the occupancy limitations set forth at the time of booking. This means that the premises should not be occupied by more individuals than the maximum number of guests listed on the reservation unless prior approval has been obtained from the owner. We do not make exceptions to this policy, and outside visitors are not permitted to enter the home unless they have been pre-approved by the owner. It is important to note that the guest named on the reservation assumes responsibility for all other guests in their party, including those who may be visiting. Any deviation from the occupancy limitations can result in immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of the security deposit and rental payment. We strictly prohibit parties in the home and expect all guests to respect the peaceful and quiet environment we strive to provide. NOISE ORDINANCE To ensure a peaceful and pleasant environment for all of our guests and neighboring residents, we kindly ask that you observe Polk County’s Noise Control Ordinance between 10:00 pm EST to 7:00 am EST. In Summary, this ordinance includes keeping your voice and music at a reasonable volume to prevent disturbing others. If you require immediate assistance resolving noise-related issues, please contact Windsor Island Resort Security Desk. SMOKING As a friendly reminder, this is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house as well as in the pool and patio area. Please note that failure to comply with the No Smoking policy may result in the automatic forfeiture of your security deposit. PETS We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises. This includes pets staying overnight or visiting during the day. We strive to provide a comfortable and clean environment for all of our guests, and allowing pets on the property may compromise this standard. Therefore, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements for your furry companions during your stay. PARKING RULES To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines when parking your vehicle: Please avoid blocking sidewalks with your vehicle when parked in the driveway. Park your vehicle in a way that does not impede the flow of traffic or block your neighbor's driveway. Additionally, please ensure that you do not park near STOP signs, fire hydrants, or other restricted areas. We strictly prohibit parking vehicles on the grass, as it can cause damage to the turf and/or sprinklers. NO FOOD/ DRINKS IN BEDROOMS, PLAYROOM, & ON FABRIC FURNITURE We kindly request that guests refrain from eating or drinking colored beverages on the furniture, bedding, rugs, carpet, and other floorings to avoid any potential stains or spills. This includes inside and outside sectionals, accent chairs, bedding, rugs, and other similar areas. Please note that any damage or staining that requires additional cleaning will be the financial responsibility of the guest. GARBAGE We kindly request that you help us maintain a fresh and pleasant atmosphere free of odors in the home by disposing of all trash in the trash can located on the front driveway. Windsor Island Resort will only collect bagged trash. We ask that only bagged trash be placed in the trash can. Windsor Island Resort picks up trash daily to keep the resort clean and hygienic for your convenience. PLAYROOMS We want all of our guests to enjoy our playroom and equipment in a safe and responsible manner. To help ensure everyone's safety and comfort, please adhere to the following guidelines: • The play equipment is designed for children ages 3-12 with a maximum height of 54 inches. • Please refrain from bringing food, gum, or drinks into the play area to keep the equipment clean and safe. • Running, pushing, or any other rough playing is not allowed in the playroom. • Please keep in mind that the use of the playroom equipment is at your own risk. We recommend that small children are always supervised while playing. • To avoid injuries, please do not throw items down the slides and only allow one person on the slide at a time. • Please note that the weight limit for the playroom equipment is 200 pounds.
